  1. Does anyone Have an idea when we might see a "Soft Opening" I have a annual pass that expires in mid May and only renewed it because of the "Spring opening " of HP land and the Rocket the pass was only around $119 but haven't used it yet since my renewal When I go I stay on site at the Royal Pacific so don't know if that matters or can get in being a guest thanks Tom
  2. Rob I'm very disappointed that you didn't include a NUDE set of boobs for my enjoyment and the enjoyment of others. To many anal people in the US. I just got off the Wildwood Beach in NJ the last few days and tried very hard everyday not to look at the clothed Women on the beach I tried really hard not to look I swear. Rob Keep up the good work Keep the boobs coming
  3. its going to be berthed at Ft. Lauderdale FL. which is good since its cheaper to Fly to then it is Miami. Yes give it 5 years and Carnival will try to Up Royal Caribbean with hopefully a coaster. that would be cool say from the very top diving into the ship 18 stories lets see a Nolimits design of that
  4. NICE I was on this same ship in Sept.2007 I love the 4 overhanging Jacuzzi Booked again on its sister ship for 2009 and on the Upcoming Worlds biggest ship the OASIS of the Seas set to sale in 2010 it holds 6000 people 2 flowriders a zipline A boardwalk with carousel a Central park with grass take a look www.oasisoftheseas.com ZIP LINE \/ two flowriders \/
  5. I was there last month and was saying to my wife they need a Non-looping Hyper. (she doesn't like loops) and I also really don't care for loops. SO I think this is a great addition to the Park. I stay at the Royal Pacific on site every year and can't wait till next spring. As for the restraints what the other coasters have doesn't mean this will have the same restraints. can't judge in yet
  6. English is widely spoken in these parts of the world. Even in Baghdad the highway signs have been in both Arabic and ENglish even before the US invaded. All of Europe and the East will vacation here.its closer then Orlando for them. All these parks in one place. you can swim and Ski in the same day. Orlando will see a little decrease, see below www.orlandosentinel.com/business/orl-cf ... 081.column Does Dubai pose a threat to Orlando? \/ http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/business_tourism_aviation/2008/03/does-dubai-pose.html

  12. I got my $49 season pass (I live a few miles away) here some Supersize pics of the new attractions / changes www.clementonpark.com/images/POLYNESIANELEV_LRG.jpg www.clementonpark.com/images/LagunaKahuna_BIG.jpg also I found Smoking only in designated areas Hand Stamps for reentry ( not bracelets ? ) Sweeping changes at the new Clementon Park and Splash World will begin with a beautiful new welcome sign on Berlin road featuring the family theme park’s modified name, new logo and dramatic lighting. re-surfaced parking facilities, a new park entrance and a whimsical Victorian themed main street area will be the start of a wonderful fun-filled day. lush landscaping, park-wide theming, new operational and guest service standards, updated restaurant menus and in-park entertainment will complement a collection of kids, family and high-thrill rides and attractions.
  13. 1-9-2008 www.courierpostonline.com/apps/pbcs.dll ... 09033/1006 CLEMENTON - A century old South Jersey landmark is getting a facelift. Clementon Park and Splash World's new owner announced today it is planning a major renovation that includes a 1-acre water park expansion and a longer season. Officials with Adrenaline Family Entertainment, Inc. - the Edmond, Okla.-based company that bought the park in August - said the park will reopen on Memorial Day with a Victorian-themed Main Street and Polynesian-themed water park. "It's a revered property, one that folks in this region hold close to their heart," the park's new general manager, David Dorman, said. "Generations of residents in this area remember going there, then taking their kids there."
  14. Yes top of the Lift look to the 1-2 o'clock position
  15. I love it for those reasons. If I want a calm ride I go on the choo-choo train. But I love this coaster you just need to ride it a few times. I love the 2nd hill if i didn't have the seatbelt on I would be standing up over that hill. The turn around I also love in the front seat, you see it coming top speed and hit it then dip into the TIGHTEST HELIX I ever been on CRAZY insane 50 seconds. Last I rode it in this summer it was kicking butt with about 17 rides in 2 hours I love it
  16. Two Days later and 3 inches of Snow in Lovely South Jersey this site would have been clearded by now but they are working on removing the concrete footings pic taken 12-6-07 more here http://tinyurl.com/ywfeda
  17. My Wife and I in Puerto Rico on its sister ship Liberty of the Seas these 2 ships are Identical. It was about 92 degrees at night and very humid THis is the largest ship in the world Checkout the hot tub sticking out over the water. Yes the Hot Tubs are open 24 hours also. they clean one at a time. Here is the awesome hot tub I hit this up like 1 - 2am \/ Here in Labadee you can see the massive size of the ship \/ it was 98 degree this day in Sept. , I just floated around all day OK one more - here you can see how larger the Royal Caribbean is compared the Disney. Disney is Doubling its fleet by 2010 \/
  18. No more interest in the park ? Doesn't make sense the park WILL get better NOT worse. And Comparing Tsunami to villain and SOB is why off. Yes its rough in the back seat but smooth in the front. I never felt the floor drop out on me on Tsunami And there will be a lot of Track work this off season. But I am local and only go when there is no one at the park so I can marathon the coaster.Normally around 7-8pm till closing. I stay away during the School bus trips they have from the Philly Area. But it will get better
  19. info and pics in this thread www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=40306
  20. No the opposite The park has new owners and they are spending around 15-20 million in the next 4 years to improve the park. Such as Theming 2 Trains on Tsunami A new kiddie section maybe at Jack Rabbit location ?? A new Giant water Attraction ? A resurfaced parking lot Much lower season pass pricing A longer season Holloweekends or whatever its called (thye had it a few years ago) New buildings (this park turned 100 years old this year) Some work on Tsunami / J2 which I'm sure they will be changing the name And I'm guessing they will be busting out with a new Ad campaign as this park has been getting some a bad rap with the locals. They have a lot of Bus trips from the city. But this park is also big with company picnics and I been to many,$15 included AYCE Picnic Buffet, 2 free 20oz. beers and each additional only a $1 can't beat it, 6 beers and 17 Tsunami rides will get your head spinning. Plus much more surprises The New owners haven't even announced anything yet no press release only that the park was acquired but the company in my lost post. But I'm excited that people that now how to run a theme park is running the park instead of the previous owner who even never attended the ACE eastcoaster event even after the New Tsunami opened and could have had some free advertisement. He never even returned calls. This I'm sure will all change with the new owners So when ever I want to ride Jack Rabbit (my first credit) I will come back here and hit Robs Video
  21. Great Choice I went on its sister ship in Sept. there are exact it was awesome here are some tips. Fly into Ft.Lauderdale NOT Miami Ft. Lauderdale round trip southwest $110 Miami round trip $290 this was from Philly in Sept. Ft.Lauderdale is only 25 minutes away all highway and less crowed. get Royal Caribbean ground transportation. Take a Bathing suit in your carry on so you can hit the flowrider before your luggage gets to your room. I went and only 2 kids on it when we boarded. Later about 20 people waiting for it. Checkout all the Stage shows all pretty good for a ship. And go see the ICE skating show they have past Olympians skating. Then my wife and I the next mourning went skating during open skate time pretty cool. Keep room in your Luggage for some low priced Alcohol. I brought back 9 bottles of Rum and Liquor some as low as $6 a bottle makes great gifts. If I didn't have to Fly i would have bought more. You can't drink it until Friday. Turn off your cell phone while on the ship or you will incur international rates and roaming. But in Puerto Rico (a US territory) calls are same price as mainland (at least for ATT) check your plan . I used My 8925 TILT phone tethered to my laptop while in PR. they do have a Internet cafe at about 50 cents a minute. I also loved the 20 foot hot tubes hanging over the edge of the ship This is the largest Cruise ship in the world remember they also have free food not only at the buffet but also along the mall area 24 hours a Pizza shop and Coffee shop (pastries sandwiches). I would love to go again but I will be in Vermont skiing. Have fun and get off the ship when in port. Orient Beach
  22. Nope This demo. company moves fast. When they demo a house or property in this area in days all that is left is a clean smooth surface ready to do what ever with. I give it to the end of the week and it will be clean. Will have pics as the process progresses They have ex. Six Flags executives running the place. see below "Adrenaline will be led by CEO Hue Eichelberger, who is the former Executive Vice President of the Eastern Region for Six Flags, Inc., and CFO Russell Kuteman, also a former Six Flags executive." http://tinyurl.com/226w56
  23. Clementon Jack Rabbit GONE demolished This is 2 out of about 30 photos I took today 12-3-2007 the new owners are not wasting anytime this was taken down in hours along with a arcade building and ride last week. A Dark Day in Clementon and Coaster History :
