jedimaster1227
https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/press-release-mariana-inkier Dezer Development, one of Florida’s most prolific developers, today acquired the former Artegon Marketplace property in Orlando, Florida. Dezer Development plans to redevelop the 104-acre shopping mall strategically located on North International Drive and West Oak Ridge Road into an entertainment complex. The 452,192-square-foot mall was purchased from New York-based Lighthouse Group for $23.7 million. To be named Dezerland Action Park, Dezer Development plans to incorporate an attraction similar to its Fort Lauderdale Xtreme Action Park and will additionally relocate its celebrated Dezer Collection Auto Museum, currently based in North Miami, to the property. The Museum features over 1,200 rare automobiles and related memorabilia collected by Dezer Development founder Michael Dezer. Highlights of the Museum include a Classic Car collection, featuring classic American and European cars, 200 micro-cars, military vehicles, motorcycles, scooters and bicycles; and a Hollywood Collection displaying vehicles used in movies or by the stars. The collection includes such iconic Hollywood cars as the original Batmobile among 11 other vehicles from Batman, the 1948 Ford from Grease, the 1981 DeLorean from Back to the Future, a replica of the 1959 Cadillac from Ghostbusters, and the original Pursuit Special from Mad Max. “We are thrilled to enter into the Orlando market and contribute a new exciting attraction to the city’s tourism appeal,” says Michael Dezer, founder of Dezer Development. “We have no doubt that Dezerland Action Park will impact the well-being of children, teenagers and adults in the most positive fashion when it opens its doors later this year.” The former site of the Dezer Collection Auto Museum in North Miami will be renamed Dezerland Park and through a series of added expansions, is anticipated to be the biggest park of its kind in Miami. The sizable attraction will feature over 160,000-square-feet of event space and 250,000-square-feet of family entertainment for all ages, including go-kart racing, virtual reality games, a zip line, and the site’s existing Ninja Lounge which combines activities like a trampoline park with rock climbing, parkour, a ninja course and more. The property’s $15 million 007 Bond Museum, featuring the largest collection of James Bond props and vehicles in the U.S., will also remain for private events and group tours. SharkTums
I would really like a ninja course similar to the Miami one here in Orlando. I hope they bring that along with the cars!
