ThemeParkJunkie51290
Trip Report (April 24, 2017): Hola! I'm proud to say that I took my first ever visit to Legoland Florida! True, I may be an adult, but that didn't stop me from experiencing such a FUN and WONDERFUL place. Legoland Florida went above my expectations. I figured I would be done with this park in a few hours, but I was proven wrong! LOL. I was busy from park open to park close. The reason was because I was a solo traveler, and I knew I wouldn't be back until . . . well . . . VERY LATER IN LIFE. So I used this time to explore and really take in the scenery and atmosphere. (WARNING: THIS PARK IS NOT DISNEY, UNIVERSAL, OR SIX FLAGS. YOU WILL NOT HAVE MASSIVE ROLLER COASTERS AND THRILL RIDES TOSSING YOU ALL OVER THE PLACE! SO DON'T GET YOUR EXPECTATIONS SO HIGH AND THINK LEGOLAND IS ONLY FOR CHILDREN! TRUE, IT'S GEARED TOWARDS KIDS 2-12 OF AGE, BUT ADULTS CAN HAVE FUN AS WELL. THANK YOU!) I would definitely recommend this park to anyone! Legoland Florida is truly a "BUCKET-LIST" park. If you haven't been to this amazing park yet, I suggest you stop reading this report and start planning. RIGHT NOW! *Roller Coasters: Coastersaurus: This was a great wood coaster! Just enough airtime and theming! And did a I mention it was smooth! The Dragon: Cute indoor coaster! Especially the dragon in the castle! SCARY! LOL. Flying School: This coaster was wonderful! Just keep your head forward and you'll be fine! Project X: It was your typical wild mouse coaster, but it was fun to ride. That first drop was nice! *Other Rides: Island in the Sky: Sadly, it was closed during my visit. Wells Fargo 4D Theater: This was a great place to cool off from the Florida sun. The show I manage to see was the Lego Movie 4D. It was funny and interactive! Lost Kingdom Adventure: A fun indoor shooting ride! Watch out for those shooting arrows! LOL. Safari Trek: This was a great safari ride! Probably better than a real safari in Africa. Lego Ninjago the Ride: This was new for 2017, and I must say this ride was FUN, EXCITING, and AWESOME! I will say this though: It's truly a workout! LOL. *Show: Pirates' Cove Live Water Ski Show: Sadly, I skipped out on seeing this show. It was very windy that day, so I'm not sure if the show played or not. *Other Attraction(s): Cypress Gardens: THIS WAS THE BEST BOTANICAL GARDENS EVER SO FAR! The plants, the trees, and everything was just stunning! Especially the Banyan Tree! OMG! Miniland USA: The was truly spectacular! I really enjoyed walking around seeing all the famous buildings and landmarks made out of Legos. It was fantastic! HERE'S A VIDEO DOWN BELOW OF MY VISIT IF YOU WANT TO WATCH. I'M NOT THE BEST VLOGGER, BUT I TRY. LOL! . . . OR YOU COULD LOOK AT PICTURES INSTEAD! ENJOY! (There will also be a PART TWO and PART THREE! It's plenty of pictures. LOL.) It surely did! Majority of the kids were back in school, so waiting in line was no issue that day. I really did enjoy myself!
CoasterRench
Nice pictures! LEGOLAND has been on my bucket list for a little bit now. Hoping to make it down there next summer, every time my oldest watches The Lego Movie, it shows a preview for LEGOLAND and he goes completely nuts. Not sure who will be more excited, him or me. I will definitely be showing him the pictures from your report this evening, thanks for sharing.

It's geared towards kids in my mind, but I'm a "kid" at heart so it works out well with me. LOL.
ThemeParkJunkie51290
This park IMO has so much room to grow and expand. I'm sure the future is bright for this wonderful place! I always thought a nice log flume would be great.
