morbid_riddler Posted March 20, 2006 Posted March 20, 2006 I wanted to create both IOA and USF all in one and started this a few years back when I still had RCT2. Problem is, I've got several Universal files I also worked on and not sure which one's which. Here are the screenshots: Citywalk Port of Entry Seuss Landing Marvel Super Hero Island Inside Spiderman Dudley Dooright Ripsaw Falls Popeye's Bilge Rat Barges Jurassic Park Lost Continent Overview Start of USF Universal Orlando.SV6 This should be the file of my halfway finished park, if it isn't, please post a screencap of what it is so that way I know which one this is, thanks!
the sound Posted March 21, 2006 Posted March 21, 2006 Hmmm... I have been looking for a Park of this for a while, but i have a question. Isn't Spiderman a Simulator? Other wise, not bad.
morbid_riddler Posted March 21, 2006 Author Posted March 21, 2006 I made Spidey a wooden reverser because Spiderman is more than a simulator, it's a dark ride where you ride a motion simulator on a track with 3D screens and other cool effects happen all around you, a definately one of a kind attraction. As for Hulk, when I was creating this sandbox scenario, I wasn't really planning to make IOA and I didn't check off the coaster with the launch, so I decided to have another unique coaster built instead and did vertical drop instead. All the coaster up top before the drop is what I call the 'storm cloud' Hulk gets into before slamming back down to earth to terrorize the rest of marvel. I even have it crashing through a building which supports the block breaks in the middle of the coaster. This isn't really an exact recreation of the park, but there are some that come pretty close. I think my Popeye's comes pretty close to the real thing, and Ripsaw falls I just made to look cartoony. Does the file work, is it the right file?
the sound Posted March 22, 2006 Posted March 22, 2006 Dudley Do right does look cartoony, but it is a log flume. Yes, The file seemed to work for me.
morbid_riddler Posted March 22, 2006 Author Posted March 22, 2006 I didn't really like the idea of NOT having the steep drop and the dip back up, which made it so unique, so I ditched the log flume and went on with dingy slide instead. I had to have the dip back up covered or else they'll fly out and crash and start a fire in jurassic park Anyways, glad it's working for you and hope you enjoy it
morbid_riddler Posted August 7, 2006 Author Posted August 7, 2006 I found the right file I should have uploaded, it's the same park but with a little more added on. Still not about to play and add onto it so whoever's able and willing, feel free to complete the USF side Universal Orlando.SV6 I found the updated file with more people and a launch on hulk, enjoy!
