Eveyone is hoping this is just bluffing but I have a feeling it is going to close since there is no way the Mayor or City Council would up and sell the Zoo and the property to someone like Oakland County(where it is located) or a private company.

It would be a shame to see the place go, but every time I go, I find the zoo to be very dirty and run down.

Thats is sad news, we have visited the Zoo several times and found it very enjoyable.

When are the people of Detroit going to wake up and get rid of ther corrupt mayor??
