Hello!

Im a spanish roller coaster fan living in Valencia (Spain, not CA)

I'm a big fan of your web site, this is my first post on the forums. Your trips to japan rock!!! XD

Next week i will be in LA with a friend (theme park fan too) for 5 full days (i arrive at thursday 16 and leave at wednesday 22). Will be in a hotel in someplace to confirm in Anaheim area.

We would like to visit Disneyland Park, California adventure, SFMM, Universal Studios, and Knotts berry farm.

We are not sure when we should go to every park.

Can you give us advice of which park should we visit each day, at what time should we arrive to the entrace and which tickets buy??

Im specially interested on getting on X at SFMM... (have been dreaming about that since its opening)

i have this in mind:

Day 1 - Fryday 17 Disneyland park

Day 2 - Saturday 18 Universal Studios

Day 3 - Sunday 19 Knotts Berry farm

Day 4 - Monday 20 SFMM

Day 5 - Tuesday 21 California Adventure

Are there other park or roller coasters in the area?

For disney parks im thinking on buying at the Entrance booths 2-Day Park Hopper® Tickets, but in the web site i have seen this Everyone Plays for the Kids' Price! Offer, can i buy this offer at the entrace? what is an early admission ticket?

Lots of questios! thanks for your help

Diego

What time of day are you arriving?

Feb 16 Knott's, DCA and USH open til 6 pm, Disneyland open til 8pm.

Also, the crowds will be a LOT less on Monday than Saturday-I would go to the most crowded park on that day. Tuesday should be pretty good for Disneyland. Saturday is always busier than Sunday in every park-except DCA, which has the biggest crowds on Sunday.

Folks from Southern California, please correct me if I'm mistaken.

you should really try to go to sfmm first. it has great coasters IMO but you will die from depression going to a disney park then going to sfmm as sfmm doesnt have that ''happy'' atmosphere.

i am sure you will be happy on your trip! have fun!

When we went in 2004 my 9 year old loved Knott's, which we went to on the first day because it opens a little later and we were driving in from a ways out. We drove by SFMM on the way in, it looks SWEET from the freeway.

We got the Southern California Citypass, which gave us 1 day Knott's, 3 days DLR, 1 day San Diego Zoo and 1 day Seaworld. We spent 2.5 days at Disneyland and one afternoon at DCA. Now at the time, she was afraid of coasters (we did talk her into Gadget's Go Coaster), but we found DCA not very special.

After we used up our pass, we had one more day-she voted for Knott's.

This past year (2005) has been a breakthrough year for her, she went on all the woodies and corkscrews around here, so when we go to SoCal this summer, we are going to SFMM.

I think with SFMM, half the fun is the anticipation, so we are going to save it for last. , besides, it's on the north end of town, on the way back for us.
