House Swap

I saw this on my local news about a hour ago and I was wondering how many people on TPR would swap their house! I think it is a cool idea but I wouldn't do it because I wouldn't feel safe letting a stranger live in my house. It is a great idea for someone that wants to save money when they travel. Would you swap your house?

no, because I have a really nice house, and I bought it really cheaply. It has almost doubled in value in the past couple of years.

We just sold a house, took the 40,000 profit earned in 3 years and bought a much nicer house which I wouldn't swap. Unless of course the house I swapped for had views of coasters. Then we'd talk.
