PTR: My Trip to the National Zoo

So basically, today we went to see the National Zoo's new baby panda that the media has constantly been talking about... yeah... so here's a photo trip report:

I'll conclude this TR with a pic of the Kennedy Center.

George Washington University on the left, Washington Monument ahead, and Watergate on the right.

Did I mention Capybaras are the coolest thing at the zoo?

Now the best part... the Capybaras! Hooray for rodents!

Hey... it's a giraffe!

But not as cool as fancy bamboo!

Pandas are actually pretty cool.

Yeah... it's a panda... but it's not a baby, so who cares?

Yay! It's a sleeping panda!

The baby panda was sleeping, but it was still cool to see.

Man, it's too bad about the National Zoo. That place went from decrepit to plain old SKANK! Last time I was there. which was in 2005, there were NO animals to be seen except one or two giraffes and one giant panda.
