I'm not sure really. There are actually some stories that I find before other sites, and some stories that I find days later.

I do a google news search all the time for stuff "Amusement Park" "Theme Park" etc. "Roller Coaster" is bad to search for because you wind up with 1000 "X company stock was a roller coaster ride today...." matches!

You basically just scour the internet for news!

We do that for ITL as well Robb. We may have 70 stories a day and maybe 15 work out to be actual stories worth reporting. I hate when google throws out those companies go for roller coaster ride. That so SUCKS.

A lot of people watch for park announcements. A lot of the time they are known about way ahead of time for us to wait for.

Other than that, reading the net gets you far anymore.

Thanks, I figured you found them on your own, but the other day I thought you said "I received the press release" so that's why I asked.

Google News came up with 2,100 news articles, on coasters! Now it all makes sense!
