CocaColaBoy Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 How does Nemesis (Alton Towers) rate when compared to other coasters like Montu, Alpengeist, Silver Bullet etc... Been on Nemesis probably over a hundred times, so Im kinda biased when I say how great it is. O, lets make this two questions ! Will you be returning to Alton Towers ?
nemesis20 Posted March 5, 2005 Posted March 5, 2005 I personally hated Alton Towers becasue of the clientelle - chavs gobbing off the rides, kids being thugs in the queues... Nemesis was ok, but every time it was, "Oh, it's over?", whereas Montu is much longer, better themed and more exciting.

Shounen-Ai Posted March 6, 2005 Posted March 6, 2005 I'd disagree, where Montu is amazing I wouldn't really say the theming is better, the first drop on Montu is impressive, as is the batwing which is really intense. But Montu does have one or two deadspots, where it doesn't do anything exciting. Nemesis is non stop action, and if its too short? Ride it twice!
