Since TPR has recently visited De Efteling and there has been some discussion on De Baron...

 

This was made a for a contest in which we had to make an interpretation of De Baron, before any of the concept arts had surfaced. So it was all guessing, speculating, wishful thinking and artistic license.

Thanks! To be honest I don't think there's much difference! Drop, immelman, zero-G, helix, it's pretty much the same. Everything Heart of Coal has more of (a few turns here and there) pretty much sums up to being about 360 degrees worth of turns.

Re-visiting this it's actually really solid. I don't know why I didn't pay as much attention to it when it was released. I know all the hype was around De Val but both entries are really solid.
