1 night at Disney - World of Colour OR Disneyland Forever?

Hi,

 

I'm headed to Disneyland with my girlfriend this June and we only have one night at Disneyland.

 

What night show would you choose?

 

During the busier periods in the park do they do two showings each of the night time shows?
