Parkour

Alright, I see there's alot of Europeans on this board, so I figure at least one of you can help me out. I have discovered the badassery that is parkour aka free-running. So for all you Euro peeps out there, what's the deal with it?

It's basically expressing yourself. Really, the way I see parkour is running around and clearing gaps, vaulting over rails, and doing flips. There isn't a lot of style involved. I, personally, freestyle walk, which is sort of like aggro on your feet.
