Managing a Theme Park Website

I understand that running a popular website is very difficult and time consuming, and I really respect you guys for that. What would you say is the single most difficult thing about running a website like this is?

I must say, that is my pet peeve too. I hate it when people focus on things that don't matter such as story lines and the color scheme of the ride, when in reality, the only thing that matters is how enjoyable the ride itself was.
