adding video to a post

A few weeks back I remember stumbling across a tutorial on how to add photos and video to a post, anyone know how I can find it again? For adding video I vaguely remember something about coastertube but when I click the blue coastertube button above this box it looks like it is asking for a link but I thought I could just upload direct from my computer like the photos. Thanx in advance. Tom

^lick the YouTube button than you just copy the link of the video and then paste it in the two YouTube things like this:

 

oooooooo^link goes in between those things

It's really just best to upload something to YouTube and embed it. You CAN still upload stuff to CoasterTube is that's easier: http://www.coastertube.com and when it's uploaded it will give you a code that looks like this which you can use in the forum:
