Battlestar Galactica

Naming a huge roller coaster under the name of a TV show is pretty rare. I imagine Battlestar Galactica might be a good show. For those who had watched it, how is it?

I've seen most of the first season, and thoroughly enjoyed what I've watched so far. I'm a sucker for stories about intrigue, and BS:G delivers that in spades, though it's more a mystery for the characters than for the viewers. There are more than enough movies/TV shows on my Netflix queue to keep me occupied for a while, but I fully intend to get back to this show.

 

If you want to give it a try, check out the two-part miniseries that kicks off the first season. Each part is 90 minutes, and by the end of it, you'll know if the show is for you or not.

 

On a similar note, there's a Battlestar Galactica board game that's absolutely fantastic, easily one of the best games I've ever played.
