HistoryAddicted Posted February 20, 2013 Posted February 20, 2013 Hi there! I'm Michael, 20 years old and living in Switzerland. I already was visiting themeparks around the world, especially Germany, Belgium, Spain, Sweden, Florida. I'm more and more interested in themepark (-industry) history. My collection is growing, but as I'm 20 I had to start from zero. Would be great to get more things from American parks. I don't care if there are things from Disney, Universal or smaller parks. I am collecting ERVERYTHING;) (Brochures, stickers, special parts, tickets, papers, bags, pictures, etc). If my collection is big enough I will start doing a database with all these things. So if you have things laying in your attic, dont throw them away, I want to have YOUR stuff;)! If interested I can also send some park things from Europe. Would be great to find the right people. Thanks in advance for your contacts and answers which are supporting a young mens' themepark collection! Michael
Aceattack52 Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 eBay will probably be you're best bet; on eBay, you can view item from such a larger audience than around here. There's something like 125 million members in the United Stahstes along.... Something like that.
Wingwright Posted March 27, 2013 Posted March 27, 2013 Hah! I'm also (part) Swiss and named Michael. But my family has been in the States for several generations so I know almost nothing of my Swiss culture Anyways since you're new to the site, have you checked out Shane's Amusement Attic? It's a great thread that has all kinds of old nostalgic stuff. Enjoy and good luck!
