Trying to change profile avatar

Hey there Robb, I'm trying to change my profile avatar but I keep having this problem. After I upload the picture the old picture still stays. I've meet all the requirements for the picture to upload it but it still won't update the newly uploaded picture. I'm attaching the picture below and maybe you can let me know what the issue might be, thanks!

steps i took:

removed the old one

uploaded the new one.

I thought I did that too. I even 'checked' the box the says 'delete image' as well but it didn't work for some strange reason. Thanks for doing it for me, I appreciate the help! Have a great day.
