(Also, this park is my idea of the already made Lake Norman) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So apparently, there are plans to construct an amusement park on this lake in vermont....The plans will not be final until the state approves it, but I really think that it will be approved, so....fingers crossed! texas5091 Posted October 7, 2012 Author Share Posted October 7, 2012 (edited) So this post may be close to the first one, but I am bored So, I decided to make this update! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Today I heard the news that the meeting for Lake Norman Amusement park was 2 weeks ago, and succesful! The park is going to be built! Hopefully the construction won't take long, as I have nothing to do on weekends. Also, I had my friend fly me over the park, as he has a helicopter. The park looks so nice! Thanks for pointing it out again though! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ~Time laps: 2 weeks~ So I havn't been able to go by the park in a while, but I have been hearing that another boomerang coaster was added! Hopefully it's a good one! The boomerang coaster seems really cool and has a great color scheme! Again, the boomerang coaster Looks like some more roller coaster supports! Ok, so I don't really feel like I need to drag out this whole big construction site thing just for a coster, so...... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, I had my friend fly me over the park with his helicopter and I was suprised to see some rides testing! Over all, the park is looking EXTREMLEY good. Junior Bommeran testing. The only wooden coaster in the park at the moment. You know those supports I showed you? Well, those supports go to this coaster! It is a looping coaster. Looks like the bigger boomerang is also testing! Do I see footers and A man made lake in the background!?!?!?!? IM SO HAPPY! Every ride was testing and having final preperations done for tomorrows grand opening! This is the area off to the side of the main entrance. Again, area off to the side of the main entrance. Imagineer John Screemin Swing. The only ride over the lake is the baloon ride. Wooden coaster at the top of the hill.
