Hello everyone. Even though I have 8 years of RCT experience behind me, this is the first project I post here !

And I begin with the result of about 30 hours of work, showing you my progress on Escape the Predator...

This B&M creation will indeed be themed around the 1987 movie starring Arnold Schwarzenegger. I worked with dedication to build the most precise supports I could, and worked carefully the terraforming and terrain textures.

Even though it is only about 30m high, it has seven inversions, pulls off some 5G at one point, and even has some airtime !

Enjoy the pics :

Loopy-loop !

Over the hill Flat Spin

Helix of Death !

Barrel Roll...

Nemesis-inspired ending

Two overview shots, which also reveal the first inversion : a zero-g-roll right after the tilted launch ! Totally Hulk-like.

Feel free to suggest and critizise

I'm thinking that the train is launched in the lift hill looking section into the first inversion. Neat idea! I have something similar to this in the works with the launching lift idea, but it's totally different. Great work, can't wait to see the finished product!

Wait...is this a launching coaster?

I feel like its similar to Battlestar Galatica in US:S in that it uses the lift hill space to launch the coaster instead of cranking it to the top.

Thank you all three for your comments !

griffonj2022 is right, the train in launched in the "lift hill" section. It's an uphill catapult similar to Disneyland Paris's Space Mountain and Universal Island of Adventure's Hulk. I use block section tricks in order to stop the train a few seconds in the catapult hill before launch.
