Parc du Tarbes - Get Your RevenGe in 2015! [RCT3]

1. Jaconde/Mona Lisa - I really wanted everyone to get into the mindset of Da Vinci and The Da Vinci Code with this clue, hopefully getting you thinking towards his work and the images he had painted. The hidden phrase "Game On" was essentially a 'game on!' sort of clue, indicating that it was all starting over again!

2. Electric Chapel & "Cross my Heart, Hope to Die..." - Originally, this update was just going to be the image "Cross my Heart, Hope to Die...", but after building cute little Electric Chapel, I just had to show it off to everyone. Electric Chapel served basically no meaning to the park or the peeps, but instead was a height marker for me to give the height of the station for La GARGOUILLE. The station track rests right on the top of the roof, so I built a little church to remind me the height at which the station stood! Electric Chapel also serves as the entrance to the "cave" in which the gargoyle himself was waiting to come out, while the image "Cross my Heart, Hope to Die..." was a reference toward the Sacred Heart and Mary M.'s love for Jesus. I also wanted to show how I was devoting myself to this project, giving you all a visual telling you I was "crossing my heart" and promising to give you a great ride!

3. Virgin of the Rocks - This painting by Da Vinci sort of sets the scene for the biblical story behind the attraction. Jesus and Mary are introduced, both being portrayed as angels (look for the halos above their heads!), and the hidden phrase states, "Angels O! The eye!" This phrase references the biblical story behind the attraction ("Angels O!"), as well as referencing God ("The eye!"). The quote itself is by Da Vinci too, screaming at you all to open your eyes to the story I was trying to tell!

4. The Judas Kiss - Ah, the infamous Judas Kiss. I was really excited to work with this part of the story as it got deep into the religious references. With the image blatantly portraying the Judas Kiss, the accompanying hidden phrase states, "Judas holds the Secret in him." This references to the "secret", or visit from the Devil by the dragon, La GARGOUILLE. Judas was one of the few to ever witness the gargoyle, and because of that, he bears the "secret". The paragraph was also altered to have there be 15 apostles instead of the original 12, branching off the 15 elements of airtime, 15 records, and opening in the year 2015.

5. The Last Supper - I was excited to do this one too! The Last Supper, painted by Da Vinci, is one of the most famous paintings in the world, and for me to work with it was pretty fun. What I wanted everyone to see, based off of the novel The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown, was that Mary Magdalene was sitting next to Jesus, to his left, being "attacked" by the other apostles near her. Did you notice one is holding a knife, as well as making a hand motion to slit her throat? This I took with me into the hidden phrase, which states, "Where is the Holy Grail with my Fifteen." This phrase references the belief that Mary Magdalene is the Holy Grail, holding the sacred family line of Jesus among the other apostles (remember that there are 15 of them in my story!). Did you also notice "forGiveness of sins"? That was yet another clue, showing that La GARGOUILLE was forgiven for his deeds from the Devil and reincarnated, only to came back and wreak havoc on Parc du Tarbes!

6. "It's Alive" - This was just a visual teaser to get everyone thinking about the attraction. I specifically shot the picture with no height, location, or size references, allowing for no speculation on where the ride was, how tall it was, or what it was going to be!

7. Judas and The Last Supper - This was yet another reference at the "secret" that Judas was holding. However, I snuck in a lot of clues into this one. First, the hidden phrase is "What is the secret in Judas," referencing toward his knowledge of the gargoyle and witnessing it. Second, the overall quote is from the song Judas, referencing someone's love and affection for the dark and negative. That references the ride and it's name, branching from a mythical legend that is dark and evil, as well as Judas of course. Third, the italicized line of "I'll wash his feet with my hair" references submission, determination, and faith in something, having me devote myself to La GARGOUILLE, as well as all of you somehow devote yourself to following this thread! Fourth, the line ""holy fool!" states how you all seemed to be "holy fools" by not discovering anything that I was hiding, as well as not looking to what was right in front of you. Fifth, the line "cruel!" references how the attraction would dominate over the park. Lastly, notice how Mary Magdalene is leaning on Jesus in the background? Oh how funny...
