iplf Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Hopefully, someone from Germany will read my question and help me out My girlfriend and I are planning on going to Heide park mid next week (23rd June). I've looked for the German schoolholidays online and in some areas summer holidays start 30/06. I'm curious if the local teenagers actually have to go to school till the 30th, or if their holiday actually starts sooner, because in Belgium school usually ends about a week sooner because the teachers need time to grade the exams. So, my question: Will the kids whose summer holiday starts on 30/06 already be free on 23/06 or will they still be in school? Thanks
Werner Posted June 17, 2011 Posted June 17, 2011 Hi, i know i'm not german. But i think that thay would still have school most of them. And you are going on a weekday, and in my opinion Heide Park isn't very busy with crowds. I have never seen long lines there, not even in the summer... Proberly just a big line @ Krake at the beginning of the day.. So do that one later on
iplf Posted June 17, 2011 Author Posted June 17, 2011 Thanks I'm expecting it to be a close call. I just really want to avoid the 'after-exams-crowd', cause that's usually a horrible time to visit a theme park.
