Sir Clinksalot Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I went the week after opening day in 2005 and it was PACKED. I realize that was awhile ago, but I can imagine it will be packed.
robbalvey Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Prepare for it to be very busy, and some rides may only be running one train. I'd recommend getting a Flash Pass if you want to get on a lot of rides.
ParkTrips Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 I've been on opening days with 500 people in the park, and days with decent sized crowds (think weekday in the summer sort of crowds). It's hard to predict. The main problem, as Robb said, is that most if not all rides will have limited capacity. I'd recommend going Sunday of opening weekend if possible. Sunday mornings especially are very light

It can be pretty unpredictable, which is probably why, like Joe, we've also seen varying crowd sizes. And nope, nothing new other than DDD, except I don't think that's supposed to open until Memorial Day weekend?
