Retro_Gaga
I like the boomerang but I do think it's a bit over-supported. Maybe tone down the supports a bit?
10ryansmith
I know it's a little supporty (real word?) but I like the looks of it. It looks 'blah' when supported correctly. Anyway, thanks.
dmaxsba2408
I don't usually care for Boomerangs that don't line up evenly at the tips but in this case with the supports done the way you did them the staggered effect works for it. Ah, no big deal on the mine train removal, if it doesn't fit it just doesn't fit.
10ryansmith
Hey, I worked on this all morning on the job (boring as ever). As mentioned above, I took the mine train out and started working on a twisted wooden coaster. Lots bigger than the tiny coaster at the front. I like the front of the coaster but I think that it just ends, there is NO room for a MCBR. Tried, three times. Theming is FAR from finished. I just need help with the ending. SCR29.BMP Most of the layout. Does it look like it just ends? SCR30.BMP Another angle with a little more theming.

10ryansmith
^ Thank you. I finished the wooden coaster and an in the process of thinking of what to do with the rest of the area. I need some help finishing the area around the "lake". Suggestoins?? SCR31.BMP I did some tweaking to the supporting and then the brake run. SCR32.BMP The station for the coaster. SCR33.BMP The coaster takes up a fourth of the entire park! Thanks for viewing.
dmaxsba2408
How close are the nearest shops for food, drinks, restrooms and junk? If they are not near by a few of those in the area would be nice. Keeping with the western look of the place how about some canoes or row boats for the lake?
10ryansmith
Hello All. Remember the Intamin that was poorly built on the second update?? Well it was reconstructed! I give you Powder Keg (with Backfire in the background) Also, the added food court inbetween Outlaw and Manic Miner. That is all for today. SCR36.BMP Powder Keg SCR34.BMP Food Court with buildings. SCR35.BMP Again, food court, no buildings.
Coupon
I love that food court idea That woodie is nice too!
10ryansmith
^Thanks, I like the food court to. Also I added a restroom to it and added a little to the sides but thats later. Hey, Small update. I spent a couple of days to design and bulid a S&S Launch Tower and a bridge that was needed. I like the launcher but I have an issue with the bridge: I cant make up my mind, With the roof or Without the roof? SCR37.BMP W/roof or W/O roof? SCR38.BMP And the small but thrilling S&S Launch Tower.
dmaxsba2408
Nice to see you really getting your hands on doing some scenery items like the bridge. It looks like it will be a great addition to this little park. As for covered or not, it works either way. How about a little of both. Leave most of ends uncovered and then then toward the center add the roof sections. The bridge is 16 squares long so how about something like this... - = no roof, ^ = roof. ^----^-^^-^----^
Coupon
Wow, with roof and without both loo good! Maybe try what dmaxsba said?
10ryansmith
^ & ^^ thanks. I'll have to try the roof this dmaxsba. However this area has changed greatly and is in revision. That first pic was completely redone. Don't worry, the bridge is still there. However, there it something that goes under it.
10ryansmith
Hello. This is regretible the last update. I filled in all that I can and I have no time to work on this unless I dont sleep. I will post it if anyone wants the park and has the time to PM me the instructions. Enough of my sleeping habits: Here or the screens: SCR41.BMP Here is the Govs mansion alone with his miniture train through his wifes gardens! And his little "town". SCR42.BMP The other side of the mansion. SCR44.BMP This is the Indian Camp that I added. I like the way that the "fire" can out. SCR45.BMP Here is the largest insutlation (and frustration), The Canel, a river rapids. SCR46.BMP The other side of The Canel. SCR48.BMP And here is the overview of the park. dmaxsba2408
WOW, you really filled in the area nicely. As for posting it... YES, please do!
10ryansmith
Alright. Lets see if this works. Here is the park and I hope that you like it. It is peepable but you are forewarned, because of the 0 clearencing of the buildings over the shops makes the game lag and it crashed on me once. Just be careful. Anyway thanks to dmaxsba. You helped a ton. The Oasis 2.zip
dmaxsba2408
Don't want you to think that I have forgotten about this park, I opened it up to guests last night and am having fun watching the little guys run around the park. Don't know if you noticed or not but you have no trash cans available for the park, no big deal though in a park as small as this, I just hired extra path sweepers to take care of it. Will have more comments later...
10ryansmith
To tell you the truth, with all the other things that I have been doing, I completly forgot. Anyway, I ususally build the paths the way that is most "trafficable" (word???) for the peeps. With this park, I just built and was pleasently surprised that people acually flowed around the park so nicely. Anyway, thanks for the reminder and I cant wait to see what people think. P.S. Did you play with the Arrow Shuttle anymore?
