Does anyone know if there are any German Fairs operating this week, with any of the big coasters and rides? I think I read that Olympia Looping was going to be in Annaburg June 5th, but as for Eurostar, Alpinebahn, and others I am totally in the dark.

Haha, that's actually really funny. I went to Dorney last year, the first that Laser had been removed, and missed it there. Great Info.

I may go here as I still have two days on my Eurail pass, but Munich (for cultural reasons) is looking very attractive as well.

Would there also be a Wild Mouse/Dragon Wagon/Dark ride coaster and other major stuff like Airwolf/Top Scan/ other big rides?

On the Munich "Oktoberfest/Beerfestival", you will find a lot of coasters. Normally you will find also a "Wild Mouse/"Wilde Maus" or a Dark-Ride like "Höllenblitz" for example...

I know its too late for the above post and I am sure you will have found out if you did go to Munich I do know they also have a smaller Spring Fair on around May time. However if it was still on it usualy does not attract any of the really big coasters - usually only a mouse of some kind.

To keep form making a new topic I want to add my question on here.

How much does it cost to ride OlympiaLooping/get an all day ride pass at a German fair?

I plan on stopping at the one in Wurzburg and appreciate answers

-Thanks

I doubt that an all-day pass exists for any German funfair, as the rides are all owned by different operators - unlike the US where fairs usually only include one operator (or maybe two at a huge fair)

I'm not positive, but I think Olympia runs 5 euros a ride

Last time I rode Olympia Looping it was 6 Euros a ride.

The great thing about German fairs is the value for money they do give. They have the best presented rides in the world with many flat rides being 2 - 3 Euros generally and you get very very long rides; Also some rides offer group for family tickets for that ride as a discount or if you buy several tokens you get a discount.
