manakin Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 Hi, this november I'll be for my first time in Orlando. I planned 15 days to visits disneyworld and the other parks. during the first 10 days I'll stay at the all star movies hotel, then I'll go to another hotel near universal studios. I'll go three days to universal, one day at seaworld and one day at bush garden tampa. now, I've some questions.... 1 I'll arrive on november 22, I know that (unfortunally...) this is the thanksgiving period...so I am prepared for very big crowds....I read somewhere in internet that the really big crowded day is the thanksgiving day, and that the other days are not so crowded...is true? 2 I know how a disney parks works (I visited 8 time Disneyland paris), but I know that at disneyworld is more difficult visits well all the parks...any tips? 3 I read that is better in this crowded days avoid the parks with the EMH, because there are a lot of hotels and resort in disneyworld, so during the EMH is easy to find big crowds....is it true? 4 I'll buy tickets on internet, where can I take my ticket at the magic kingdom? 5 where can I take the bus the bush garden Tampa? do I need a reservation for the bus? thank you, sorry for my very bad english, I hope you'll understand all that I tried to write
noticias24 Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 Hey! you can exchange the tickets at any Guest Relations Service Windows at the parks or at Downtown Disney. As for the BGT Shuttle you should make a reservation to ensure your place in the bus and they actually can pick you up at the most known hotels, All Stars included. Here's the reservation page link: https://secure.mearstransportation.com/MearsExpress/BuschGardens.asp If you prefer you can choose to wait for the bus at 9:15 at Sea World parking lot or other locations.
SharkTums Posted April 9, 2010 Posted April 9, 2010 The entire Thanksgiving week (including the weekends on both sides) will be quite busy. Anytime before or after those nine days will be DEAD!
manakin Posted April 9, 2010 Author Posted April 9, 2010 mmm ok, so maybe I'll have three days of peace.....maybe..... I'm a bit worried because I can't rent a car, in disneyworld this isn't a problem, but out I'm a bit nervous, I haven't a big orientation sense thank you for your help
Brad Posted April 12, 2010 Posted April 12, 2010 mmm ok, so maybe I'll have three days of peace.....maybe..... I'm a bit worried because I can't rent a car, in disneyworld this isn't a problem, but out I'm a bit nervous, I haven't a big orientation sense thank you for your help The Busch Gardens Shuttle is very easy... I actually prefer riding it to driving (you can take a nap/relax on the way back to Orlando). Definitely make a reservation though. They have a list of pickup/drop offs on the Busch Gardens website. When you stay near Universal Studios, I recommend just taking a Taxi, as they are relatively cheap and cost around the same as the parking fee would if you had a car.
