Thing about Dramamine, is it makes some people (including me) Very tired, so it would be a good idea to try it a few days in advance to see if it does make you tired.

 

That's right, energy level has alot to do with your G tolerance. Motion sickness medication affects your energy level making you more vulnerable to G-LOC (which is the technical term for the effects of too much acceleration on the body). I remember when I rode Titan I was so worn out from walking and standing around all day and the heat and all that. But few weeks ago when I rode Kong I experianced alittle bit of "blurry vision" and I was walking abit funny afterwards, but it went away after afew minutes of sitting in the shade and a cup of frozen lemonade.

 

Best thing you can do for your G tolerance is to keep in good physical shape and stay healthy (I fail at that). That's why astronauts and pilots need to be very fit. Helps them take the force better.
