Nintendo DSI Question

I heard it has a shop channel like the Wii but what games would be available to download to your system-game boy advance games or games on the Wii channel? & Nintendo will start making games for the DSI only? So I should expect on seeing a new Yoshi,Kirby,Mario game,ect?

I don't think Nintendo will make non-DSiWare exclusive, DSi exclusive games (or at least I hope not), but they've done it in the past with the Game Boy (certain GBC games could not be played on GB or GB Pocket).

 

If you want to keep playing your GBA/DS games that require the GBA slot, I would suggest keeping your DS/lite or getting a used GBA.

 

I recently saw the NSMB2 soundtrack on YouTube so they'll definately make new Mario, Zelda, Pokemon games for the DSi. Not to mention there will hopefully be a remake of Gold/Silver/Crystal on DS as well.
