I did a search for these answers and came up with nothing. Sorry if this has been asked a thousand times before.

I just came back from Tokyo Disney Resort, and this was my first time in a Disney park in fifteen years. I have a couple of question about Fast Pass.

Do all Disney parks that have Fast Pass, now only have a Standy By Line and the Fast Pass Line only?

I always thought that a Stand By Line, was a different line than the normal entry. As in there would be a normal line, fast pass and than a standby line.

While I used Fast Pass as often as I could, I found the whole thing just slowed the process down.

When Disney added the Fast Pass option, the "normal line" at Fastpass Attractions was renamed the "standby line"...

So basically, if an attraction has Fastpass, it will have a Standby Line and a Fastpass Return Line.

A Fastpass attractions Standby line does move slower than it would if there wasn't any Fastpass, but if you know how to use the system properly, it can be very beneficial.

Thanks for that, I was not sure if it was just the way they did it at Tokyo or if it was at all Disney Parks.

Has it made the lines move quicker or just slowed everything down?
