RCT3 Quick Questions?

I am not new to the Roller Coaster Tycoon games however I am new to uploading pictures & videos online. So I would like to no how to take still pictures of your park & record videos? Thanks.

 

 

P.S. I did a search for a RCT3 help thread & didn't find one. This can be locked if there already is a thread.
