Help with RCT3?

I noticed in the scenarios Go with THe FLow its like almost ALWAYS raining. I already passed the apprentice level and I can't get pass the second one. Since its raining so often, my peeps dont wanna take any rides. Despite I even build information booths so they can buy 'brolly's and such. Still, I"m losing money. What should i do? And its such a huge park with so litlte rides (since I can't afford more)...

^I would experiment with building a ride indoors and covering rides and paths and see if the peeps decide to ride.

^That will not help. The only rides peeps will ride while raining are the ones covered up from the beginning, such as the carousel, motion simulator and so on.

In RCT1 (yeah... 1) people ride coasters and stuff thats been put underground, maybe it works in RCT3.. never looked at it though

^^That was what I was getting at. Without actually playing the level, I was saying the peeps would probably only ride covered up rides during rain.
