Okay so i know that arrow did a lot to reduce the weight of the trains on X(X2).

But was there ever an official number as to how much weight was actually taken off the trains? Or a before and after weight statistic

Just curious.

I swear i remember hearing a number somewhere.

^ I never had headbanging on X, and I haven't on X2. But there was the issue of leg banging (at least for me), and it's still a bit of an issue with the new trains. However, they did add some padding to the part that your legs rest on, so it takes a little of the pain out of a ride.

Is there less headbanging on X also?

Well as said above, X was never a ride that gave head banging. It was a ride that threw you body around in the restraint.

With the new trains the ride is smoother, but there is an area of head banging that did not exist on X before the new trains.

If you sit towards the back of the train, during the last half half it feels like some one hits you in the back of the head with a 2 by 4.

I have only noticed one area of head banging and that is right after the second raven turn into the last half half. But you can avoid it by just putting your head all the way back into the head rest at the top of the second raven turn. Doing it also makes an interesting sensation when you do go through the raven turn. and i have noticed a smoother ride in the back of the train as opposed to the front. but that is just me
