jdomkus Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 I will be in Daytona the week of Sept. 21st thru the 28th, We were not planning on going to disney but then I have been reading great things about Mnsshp and I am wondering is it worth the 1 1/2 hour drive? Also, Is there a difference between the premium dates vs. the regular ones (Besides the price?) Are they premiun dates because they are on weekends? I understand that it starts at 7:00 PM, but they leave people in early, Does anyone know what time you can get in? Thanks in advance for the info
Wes Posted September 13, 2008 Posted September 13, 2008 You are correct the only difference between premium and regular is the date it falls on. As far as being "worth it", are you a big Disney fan? Essentially the event is great for people who love the Disneyworld experience and want a non-scary Halloween event that caters to that. There are special shows, parades, and fireworks etc. You get a ton of candy and there's many opportunities for character meet and greets and stuff. Depending on the day you go, lines can also be much shorter than they would during regular hours. That being said, you are paying $40-50 for only 5-6 hours in the park. Basically, if you are more of a rides person and don't really care about the special parade, fireworks, free candy, and character stuff...it's probably not worth it.
mcjaco Posted September 15, 2008 Posted September 15, 2008 Just to answer the time question, they let you into the Magic Kingdom at 4PM.
