Wild Rivers water park closing? / New water science park

Hi folks,

I stumbled across this msg board because someone here posted my article last summer on Wild Rivers water park closing. Since there's been a lot of questions about that, I just wrote an update about Wild Rivers' lease being negotiated. Also, the water park's president is trying to get space for a new water science park in California. Why is this even an issue every summer? Does the Irvine Company really expect that land to be worth anything to them with the economy the way it is and Irvine Meadows still there for another 17 years?
