45th Anniversary of Fire That Destroyed St. Louis Park

Last week was the 45th anniversary of the fire that destroyed the Forest Park Highlands, a small municipal amusement park in southwest St. Louis city. It was located about 2 miles from my house, right next to where the old Arena stood, where the St. Louis Blues hockey team played from 1967-1994.
