3rdShiftCM Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 The family is taken a trip to WDW in may and was wondering if we should allow for any extra time at the airport to get the baby through security? I figured with all the traveling you guys have done, you would be the perfect people to ask. Thanks for the info guys. And when are you going to come to the course?
SharkTums Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 LOL! Yeah...we've been through quite a few airports with the little one. As long as you're prepared you don't need any extra time. In fact, it's easier if you have LESS time since kids get bored very easily at the airport at this age. Make sure you have everything as it should be. No water is allowed through, even if it's in a bottle or sippy cup. Have any liquid stuff (diaper balm, antibacterial gel, baby food, bottles of formula, etc.) in ziploc bags. Have everything but baby out of the stroller so you can quickly fold the stroller and get it through the machine. Make sure you're all ready also. Shoes easy to take off, no over shirts or hoodies, have your stuff already out of your pockets before you get in line, etc. Hope this helps!
