1) How do you save racks as elements?

2) Can you just upload them into the track, if so, then how?

1) Hold in control and click on all that you would like to save. Go under file, save element.

 

2) Go under file, insert element. Your saved one should be there as whatever you chose to name it. It will be inserted where the current track ends, as if you were adding more track. You'll probably have to do some smoothing, though, as saved elements aren't really that universal without smoothing.
