cirque Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Hi guys, Well i'm going away to America in December for my first time! i need some tips on these parks..: Knotts,SFMM,Disney,DCA and USH. Could any one give me some suggestions or feedback? Thanks in advance
SharkTums Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 There are a lot of people that ask for advice on those parks. We've answered a ton! My advice to you would be to search through this board and find a lot of information, then if you have specific questions go ahead and post them.
downunder Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 Cirque, there are a lot of us Aussies at www.ozcoaster.net/boards who have travelled extensively in the USA, so if you have any specific questions please let us know, or do a search. One important thing, Magic Mountain probably won't be open weekdays in Dec, go on Sunday, avoid Saturdays at all costs.
cirque Posted June 14, 2007 Author Posted June 14, 2007 Thanks Downunder, But i'm sorta wondering like what time should i go to these parks around and if it will be packed!
downunder Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 When you mean what time, do you mean dates or time of day? Someone correct me on this if I'm wrong, but earlier December before the holidays would be better for crowds, the only drawback is Magic Mountain won't be open on weekdays but you can buy a flash pass there anyway. All the other parks will be open daily, not sure whether some rides will be in rehab around that time, might have to check with Lindsay Lohan. As for time of day, as early as you can get in, Disney has some early entry deals.
