Problem with Windows Vista and RCT3

Hi! I don't know if there's already a topic about this problem...

Well I explain what happen:

I bought a new computer about 2or 3 months ago and I couldn't choose if I wanted Windows Vista or XP, and then...I wanted to instal RCT3 but there's a problem I can't explain... When I launched the game it was written:

 

"Microsoft Visual C++

 

Runtime Error!

Program:C:\Program Files\Atari\RollerCoaster Tycoon 3\RCT.exe

 

abnormal program termination"

 

Does anyone could explain the problem? I've written to Atari but they didn't answer... I'm becoming crazy! There's too much time I can't play!

I'm just going to tell you now downgrade to XP. Vista is problems, problems, and more problems. Here I found 971 eBay auctions for various types of windows XP: http://computers.search.ebay.com/windows-xp_Operating-Systems_W0QQfromZR34QQsacatZ11226 If you don't downgrade, I wish you well.

I'm getting the same problem on mine too. Along with RCT1. But with RCT1, it installed just fine, it just causes an "error trapper" every time that I play. What can I do about this?

Make sure that your computer has the right drivers, becasue that caused me problems. Vista is brilliant, i like it better than XP, everyone will say the same soon enough!

I'm staying with XP until the OS after vista comes out, and then I might try vista.
