Simple question:

How do I record G-force data onto a graph? Is there a program to do so?

Record a video of the coaster with the stats shown

 

On a spreadsheet, record the g-forces at each set increment of time (every 1,2, or 3 seconds, etc.)

 

Create a line graph using the data you recorded.

 

 

 

Basically, it depends on how dedicated you are to seeing a graph of the G-Forces.

Here's a quck spreadsheet showing what you could do with the first 30 seconds of a coaster (I made this data totally up), but I included a graph and table showing how it could be done.
