Del Rey Teacher up for Arrest

I did not personally go to this elementary school, but it is practically the neighbor of my high school.

Anyway, Rogelio Alvio Cardenas, a first grade teacher at this school, was accused of touching a girl innapropriatley (sp?). After, seventeen of his past students (aged 6-13) protested as they had accusedly been molested as well. Now, this teacher of twelve years is being put up for arrest with a one million dollar bail. Too much? Or not enough? You be the judge.
