how do i see how the coaster i made look like when im done with the track and the supports?

You have to make or use premade supports, and you must've bought the full version of the program to use the sim.

Press the "E" key during the sim, and press the left mouse button to go forward, the right to go backward, and the mouse to turn around.

EDIT; how do I get premade support?

^They're in the tool bar. Click on which one you want and it will allow you to add supports along the track. There are various types, so if you're using those try to be realistic about it. It really would be worth your time to learn how to make your own supports though.

 

Also, for any other sim stuff, press H for help.
