Why did rocketrods close

Hey I am from So Cal and am wondering if anyone remrmbers Disneylands Rocketrods. Ever since I went on it when I was 9 I have wondered what happened

too bad to hear Rocketrods gotta get closed and gonna make me sad

cuz the ride was once kinda famous stuff in Disneyland before it does

go close down..... Disneyland woulda done its check-up more!!
