verticalzero Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 I know this is not the best woodie, but just out of intrest is this coaster any good and worth the trip to check out the lovely looking NAD trains..? Do the Front Lights work at night..? I may go to Kings Island and Camden Park is only a couple of hours drive away. Would you want to see more NAD trains used on woodies..?
CoasterFanatic Posted November 14, 2006 Posted November 14, 2006 ^ Dude! What the hell is it with you and NAD trains? Although I haven't been there for quite a while, the Big Dipper is a fun little medium sized woodie. It used to have a real long tunnel on it, but I think it has been shortened over the years. Since you are such the NAD fan, you might also want to check out the parks other coaster, the Little Dipper. It has Junior NADS (that sounds funny) and they let adults ride. // enjoy your nads
verticalzero Posted November 14, 2006 Author Posted November 14, 2006 CoasterFanatic - I just "love" NAD trains and how they look, there is nothing in the UK which comes close to these type of cars. I do like the Millennium Flyer Trains, but for " retro coolness" the NAD's beat them. Any other train/cars have "twin working" headlights.. I don't like the "Grand National" or "Big Dipper" cars at Blackpool, they are 2 crampted. Wild Mouse cars also at BPB look great though.
