Looking for a Cool blog platform

I want to open my own blog but I wish it won't look like all the others blogs.

 

Bloggers.com is too popular - so I thought maybe somone here can help me with a cool link.

You can customize it as much or as little as you want.

 

Though you need a place to host it, it doesn't have free hosting like blogger does.
