*Hopes that you like the TR*

We all had a great day at Galaxyland. Entering the mall had an electric thrill of anticipation, and the fact that we had eat first, well, you get the picture. Anyway, first we ran over to the Schwarzkopf Wave Swinger called "Swing Of The Century." Very fun ride, and it's quite high. After having a blast speeding around on the swings, we ran to the Moser Maverick-Like Top Spin. Great ride. Very fast. The program was completely different from the time I ride it before.

After riding the Top Spin, we headed over to Mindbender. Insanity ensued. The G's in-between the double loop are insane, and the G's on the last helix were also very intense. What a rush. The tire drive lift is very fast up to the top, and then once you hit that huge twisting drop it feels like your stomach is still at the top of the ride after you dropped. A very, very mind-bending experience. [Excuse the horrible pun.] If anybody cares to know, the last car on the blue Mindbender train is still reversed, so if you are going to Edmonton any time soon, I advise you check it out. I was a chicken to go backwards but I did go forwards and the experience was unforgettable. The speed through the inversions is very fast, 5.2 G's may not sound that intense but when it's sustained as long as it is on that ride, its very forceful.

After that unforgettable experience, we headed to another thrilling ride in Galaxyland, Space Shot, which is suprisingly not an S&S Space Shot ride, rather an S&S double shot ride. Zero to 40MPH in under two seconds with 3 positive G's on the launch and 1 negative G on the descent. Pure, insane, freefalling action. We rode this twice in a row, because the rush was just that amazing. When Space Shot launches you, it's not a slow stop at the top, then a drop.. it feels as if the ride is mechanically forced down while still in the upward motion giving an airtime sensation thats amazingly fun.

After this we went onto Sonic Storm, which my cousins didn't really enjoy, but I'm quite light so I got airtime on it. Sonic Storm spins backwards and hydrolically brings you up and down in rapid motion. The ride is very fun in my opinion, but the reason is I'm all for airtime and free falling. Inversions don't seem to give me the same "danger" sensation as floating out of my seat. Which is why I like Sonic Storm, because I literally bounce out of my seat.

Later we went over to the Autosled, which is the intermediate coaster at Galaxyland. Suprisingly, it is actually quite a fun ride. No intense G's but it's quite fast for a kiddy coaster. It's Tivoli so as you could expect about 20 cars on the train haha, so it kind of propells you down the track. Quite fun, and extremely scary if you close your eyes... it's not rough but the transitions are quick so if you aren't expecting it, it shocks you and it's really quite exciting.

The lines at Galaxyland were very short. Mindbender was running both trains, one with a reversed car, and we had a maximum wait time of two trains. Very quick ride ops and they gave service with a smile... except for two but you can't expect it to be perfect lol.

After a few repeat rides, we wen't over to one of those little Moser Spring Rides. These are actually a hell of a lot of fun. You get major butterflies because of the sudden stops. It feels like the ride is actually thrusted downward. It's pretty fun for a ride meant for 5 year olds. Just like Autosled... hhheeeyyyy I think I could be a future credit whore! Fun!

After that we had lunch at Olive Garden...

**OMG BREADSTICKS**

And I had the worlds most aweful pizza... I didn't know it was possible to screw up a plain pepperoni pizza that bad... our service was slow and horrible and it was so busy we had to wait outside the store for an hour and a half just to get inside. It was really boring.

Later, after a horrible lunch, we headed home. I was reading Archie comics ( : ) and my cousin was snoreing in the back seat after a fun and tiring day.

...BTW I didn't have any TPR member jokes because I don't think I've gained enough respect for that yet. Anyway, hope you enjoyed the trip report, pictures are coming soon.

Shuttle loops are more intense than Mindbender? Really? If not, I didn't understand what you meant...
