absolutace Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 right before legoland was built - does anyone remember that ride that was like a toboggan? went all the way over and down the hill on the other side of the park for some reason i just remembered it and had completely forgotten about it
Marcus Sheen Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 Do you mean the toboggan that was at Windsor Safari Park? Not Chessington? There were two running parallel down the side of a hill roughly where the waterslide 'Xtreme Racers' now is.
bovinejumpsuit Posted August 9, 2006 Posted August 9, 2006 i have an on ride video of the toboggan at winsor safari park if that is what you are talking about

Inferno Insane Posted August 15, 2006 Posted August 15, 2006 Arrr yes the Kilimanjaro Toboggan Ride I remmber that a good 17 years ago, plus it was one of the better dual toboggan I been on, Shame Legoland couldn't somehow keep it Talking about toboggan's the one at Robin Hill on the Isle of Wight is a Very good one also at 400 meters, just shame the lift hill goes on for ages which hurts and £1 a go each time. I have an on ride video of the toboggan at windsor safari park if that is what you are talking about If possable could you post it? would be nice to see it again

Yeah, that's a good one. Only thing I don't like is that it doesn't quite get fast enough, even with two people on the toboggans. The Llandundo Ski Centre one is my favourite UK toboggans, which runs right up the side of the dry ski slope. So there's a very long lift, but you get two runs on it.
