Actually Robb, that POV is from after Cedar Fair toke over Dorney. Long time DP fans will notice that when Hercules opened, there were no trims on the top of the first drop. Also, the train would rocket much faster over those hills. The hills were even taller back in the days prior to CF ownership. CF toke measures to make the ride less costly in maintenance areas. Thats why you see the trims on the first drop and the lower hills (GCI re-track work). That resulted in the ride being slower and more painful. Notice how the train just creeps along those hills. Another way you can tell its a later POV is that, as the ride goes though the first turn, you can see Steel Force.

Looks so much better with a good paint job Laser does. Sad to know that its gone though. Easily the best coaster in the park before it went back home. At least Talon is the best coaster now. (Since I work on Talon that is.) Oh, and someone asked about the name, its called "Test Track" and will be themed to F-1 Racing from what I have heard.

I ran by the park on Sunday. Noticed that the area between the loops is gone. I would assume the loops are the next to be removed.

They didnt progress as much as I thought they would have by now. I guess that is due to the poor whether over the past few days. I am going to again swing by the park tomorrow to see if I cant get some good pictures.

I believe that there is a stunt show going there. Much like the one at CP. Though, save for the mini-announcement during the goodbye to Laser event, there has been no confirmation to support this.

Around Easton PA its down to about 3.55 a gallon. Dropping since it hit 4.10 about two months ago.

Yea... I am so late with this. But I need to start sometime right? Anyhow, I am Robert but most people call me Rob. Yea, weird right? Anyway, I live in Easton PA and am in a prime place for theme parks. Dorney is the closest at about 25 minutes away. SF Great Adventure and Hershey and Konebels are all within 3 hours of a drive. Hope to add some more credits as I get older.
