Hi Chuck, great review. I found it very interesting your observation about Australians being a bit sheepish when talking about our theme parks. I think you have hit the nail on the head. I think I drove Robb mad always looking for his latest post of the Aussie trip. TPR would be one of the first groups that can compare the Aussie parks against the best in the world. The first theme park that I ever visited was Disneyland (like most Australians) and that is a very high bar to match. I'm glad TPR had a great time in Oz, come back soon.

I hope that everyone that was on your trip enjoyed themselves during their time in Australia. Did Dan buy himself a pair of budgie smugglers (i.e. speedos) while in Oz? Lol Please come back soon you all. We loved having you all.

Robb, no platypus photos?

The Brisbane Royal Show (The Ekka) also had a wooden wild mouse but it was removed in the late 1960's. I know because the year I was big enough to go on it they replaced it with a giant slide.

Sorry Robb, I'm very eager to here your thoughts and see top notch videos of our Aussie parks. Just enjoy your trip and I'll go take a Valium and calm down.

Superman is the best coaster in Oz. But I have not ridden Tower of Terror II yet. It was good to hear your positive comments about MovieWorld.
