Today… I just didn’t feel like myself. I didn’t feel… regular. So I hit the bottle of Super Colon Cleanse to help me out with my problem. It says "Take 4 capsules 3 times daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage" Beer is my favorite beverage. And it's like 95% water. So that will work... right? To be continued…
